Ticketpro is sure that all of you have seen the recent news.
One of the many requirements for us South Africans is to ensure that we contain the Covid 19 virus at all costs.
Therefore some events have been postponed and some have been cancelled, as always we are looking out for you.
We will send out updated communication on all events as soon as we receive the confirmation from the promoters and venues regarding cancellations or postponements (Please check social media for updates).
Thank you for baring with us, as the volumes coming in are very high.
But all refunds that are necessary will be actioned as soon as we possibly can.
We appreciate your support and patience with this.

If you paid via Credit card the refund will be done automatically
If you paid via Ozow can also be refunded automatically.
If you have paid EFT or bought tickets at a store:
Due to the unforeseen circumstances refunds could take up to 7-14 days to be completed.
No refunds will be done in store
Please sendĀ the details below to info@ticketpros.co.za for your refund:
- Name of Event and City - Please use in Subject line of email
- Transaction Reference no that the refund relates to - (10 character no on the face of the ticket)
- Account holder name
- Bank name
- Branch name
- Branch code
- Account number
- Letter of confirmation of banking details (by their bank), the date stamp on the letterĀ must not be older than 3 months.
- Note: If the name of the ticket holder is different from the name of the account holder - We require a letter/e-mail to approve refund being paid into different
- Customer must scan and send tickets, because we have times where different customers claim for the same ticket
